Val-Tex is a subsidiary of KMG and specializes in providing high-quality valve lubricants, industrial sealants, and lubrication equipment to the oil and gas storage, pipeline, and gas distribution markets. The company was founded in 1962 as a valve repair and modification shop before transitioning in 1974 to focus solely on valve maintenance products. With years of field experience, Val-Tex became a reliable partner to major valve manufacturers and offers training on key aspects of field maintenance and solutions to common operational challenges.
Val-Tex’s products are designed to enable optimal valve operation, prevent costly unscheduled downtime, and provide important safety benefits while also preventing fugitive valve emissions.
